Job Summary
Provide management for Creative Arts Series events produced by the Linda Berry Stein College of Fine Arts & Humanities and work in collaboration with faculty and staff to ensure smooth and coordinated operations and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Duties/Responsibilities
Logistics
- Manage front of house: Terry Concert Hall, Swisher Theater, Black Box Theater, Alexander Brest Gallery.
- Communicate with faculty director/gallery director regarding logistics/personnel and with recording booth/streaming personnel for each event.
- Deliver printed programs prior to each event, update venue media screens with PNG files of event posters and/or associated electronic media.
- Manage run of event including lock up and securing performance spaces at end of events.
- Book photographers or videographers for events as requested. Coordinate piano and equipment moves as requested.
- Work in collaboration with the Office of Strategic Events to facilitate designated donor events as requested.
Operations
- Maintain staffing of Venue Team: Google spreadsheet, hiring paperwork, time card approval, box office preparation (reservations, tickets, will call, comps).
- Create YouTube streaming links and update website program links.
- Maintain shared calendar for the college, and manage internal 25Live reservations.
- Field phone calls regarding tickets, reservations, etc.
- Submit events for listing on JUTICKETS.COM. Maintain ticket counts for ticketed events for communication to faculty directors/gallery director.
- Provide support to Alexander Brest Gallery exhibition coordination for opening/closing receptions and digital signage.
Marketing
- Maintain event listings/information via platforms including: 25Live, website, social, Event Vesta, YouTube, etc.
- Update all platforms with changes to events in a timely manner. Generate QR codes for inclusion on programs and social media.
- Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator, communicate design elements required for each event, gather information and maintain deadlines for submission of programs, posters, social media, streaming platforms, and maintain social media including creating events, updating and advertising events.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Word processing 40 WPM, excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, bookkeeping helpful, good computer skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Education, Certificates, Licenses, & Experience
Minimum Education Requirement:
- High school diploma
Minimum Work Experience:
- Previous customer service, technical, clerical or support staff experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background or familiarity with the Performing and Visual Arts
Physical Requirements
- Medium physical demand, occasionally handles heavy material.
